What is your return policy?
Unopened items may be returned within 60 days of purchase with prior authorization. When we receive your package, we will credit the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping charges to the credit card used during purchase. Please be sure we are able to identify from whom the package is being sent (i.e. A copy of the original invoice in the box with a note saying this is a return.)

Credit Card Processing
This Auto-ship feature is a convenient way for you to receive your supplements without the hassle of placing repeat orders. Simply choose your product, provide a credit card number and schedule how often you want to receive your product; we will send it right to your door. Once your Auto-Ship is processed and shipped, your credit card will be automatically charged for the total price of the product. Order approval and credit card authorization is not required for each scheduled transaction. A statement with the total amount charged to your card will be sent with your order.
Cancellation or Hold
Auto-ship order cancellations are processed immediately after being submitted online and/or with Customer Service, unless product is in the process of shipping. If you wish to cancel an order after the product has shipped, please call Customer Service and we will accept a product return and provide you a full refund including any shipping costs.
